THE FLUMMIES.
From their home base of Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Labrador, NL THE FLUMMIES have performed in many provinces and territories of Canada and in Germany over the past three decades. On the heels of their national television release documentary, LAB-Originals (Bravo! Canada and APTN), the group gives its fans 12 new songs on a brand new album; “THIS IS THE LIFE FOR ME”. Their songs, known as “happy music”, is inspired by culture and is a mixed contemporary combination of accordion flavoured country rock - inspirational in both soft seat theaters and in the dance hall. The award winning group has been honoured as “aboriginal artists of the year” by the Music Industry of Newfoundland and Labrador and by the East Coast Music Association. |
